Cantaloupe, halved and seeded
vanilla ice cream (optional)
Slice cantaloupe into 1/2" thick slices.
Lay across a hot grill and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks start to form.
For a unique side dish, drizzle with honey and sprinkle on some chopped mint.
Change to a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
